Matt Wallace for Sheriff


Matt Wallace is a lifetime resident of Delaware County, Pennsylvania and is currently the Treasurer of the Delaware County Libertarian Committee.

He is a leader of the "Fight for Zero" movement, a group that is strongly opposed to minimum wage laws.

Matt joined the Libertarian party in 2006 after discovering Ron Paul.

He has owned and operated a gas station/auto repair business in Bryn Mawr for the past 14 years and has six years experience working in the private security industry.

Matt is also an accomplished musician and mixed martial artist and enjoys power lifting in his free time.

He graduated from Haverford High School where he was a standout pitcher on the school's baseball team.

Matt and his wife, Stacey, live in Drexel hill with their dog Sadie.

For first time, Libertarians to run for countywide offices

MEDIA >> For the first time, there will be a third-party challenge for countywide offices this fall.

The Delaware County Libertarian Committee has filed a slate of candidates Delaware County Council, Sheriff, Register of Willis and Controller.

Dale Kerns Jr., vice chairman of the county Libertarian Party, said nearly 2,100 signatures were submitted to the Delaware County Election Bureau.
